The Inclusion Group (Dundee) is a registered and regulated flexible community-based support service for young people and adults with additional support needs. We are based in Dundee.
The organisation has been running for over twenty-five years. Those involved in the organisation now are as committed as those who began it and always strive to see change and improvement towards a more inclusive world.
Our vision is for a world where people: have opportunities for choice, involvement and independence; receive the highest standard of support to achieve their goals and enjoy life; are treated with dignity, respect and positivity; and feel equal, included and safe.
Work with us
You don’t have to have experience to work with The Inclusion Group Dundee, but you do need to be reliable, have a desire to take on new challenges, have a huge amount of compassion, be great fun and be organised to help make a difference to people’s lives.

Our people
The Inclusion Group (Dundee) is made up of a team of upwards of 35 full-time and part-time staff, and a board who oversee the running and governance of the organisation.
Membership
The Inclusion Group (Dundee) is a membership organisation. Membership means you support the objectives and activities of the organisation and want to influence how it is shaped for the future. If you are interested in membership, please contact the office on 01382 322677 for more information and an application form.
We are governed by a Board of Trustees, the Board select from their number the office bearers they need, including the Chairperson who leads the Board.

Volunteering
The Inclusion Group (Dundee) looks for the support of volunteers to enhance some of the activities of those who use the service. Please contact our office on 01382 322677 for more information if you are interested in volunteering for us. We would also be pleased to hear from people undertaking placement work through education authorities.
We advertise vacancies regularly. We use the online recruitment platform Indeed Jobs to advertise these.
Fundraising & Events
